What we collect when you contact PNS News or apply to a programme, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

01Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or training application we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the programme you are interested in and your message.

When you send a news tip we keep the material you share and any contact details you provide. Sources who ask to remain anonymous are treated as anonymous.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as browser type, approximate location and pages visited. These are used to keep the site working.

02How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, process a training application, arrange mentorship or discuss a channel-setup engagement.

To send you information about batch dates or programmes you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To verify and follow up on news tips before publication.

03What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We do not share source identities except where compelled by law, and we will resist such demands where we lawfully can.

We do not use your details for advertising by third parties.

04Retention and security

Enquiry and application records are kept only as long as needed to serve the enquiry or to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send.

05Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to contact@pnsnews.in or call 07702169379 and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.
