Every track is run by journalists still filing. You learn on real assignments, and your work is edited the way staff copy is edited.
Small cohorts, in person at Charminar, with field days from the first fortnight.
Trainees sit near the desk, not in a lecture hall. The first week is spent interviewing and listening before anyone touches a camera. From there the work is cumulative: file, get edited, refile, publish. By the end of a track you leave with a clip file that a hiring editor will actually read, not a certificate.

A supervised desk seat inside PNS News: real assignments, real deadlines, real edits.

Longer tracks stretch this out; shorter ones compress it. The order does not change.

Ethics, law, and the habit of verification before publication.
Weeks 3–4
Beat building, source work, and filing from the field.
Weeks 5–6
Writing, scripting, and editing against a real clock.
Weeks 7–8
Piece-to-camera, packages, and studio presentation.
Weeks 9–10
Distribution, audience, and building your own clip file.
Weeks 11–12
Portfolio review, interview prep, and desk introductions.

Training runs alongside a working agency, so cohorts are limited by how many trainees the desk can genuinely supervise. If a track is full, we will tell you the next intake date rather than take your fee. Graduate support continues after the track ends.
